We are a Japanese Sake brewery established in 1909.
We have been producing traditional KOIMARI SAKE for over a century since then.
Sake production over a century
We have been brewing KOIMARI SAKE for over a century, and our KOIMARI
SAKE won the Grand Prize (Ginjo section) at U.S. National Sake Appraisal in 2013.
KOIMARI-SAKI = NEW BRAND
In 2009, we launched the new brand“ SAKI” in order to advance the legacy of our
past generation’s brewery.
This new brand is limitedly distributed. At the U.S. National Sake Appraisal in
2 0 1 3 , “ S A K I ” won the highest quality“ Gold” and waseven awarded the Grand Prize.
KOIMARI = TRADITIONAL BRAND
We named a series of our Sake“ Seishu Koimari” with the hope of becoming a
prestigious brand of Sake throughout the world, as “Imari” porcelains were
loved by people around the world.
